We are a select building company based in Central Scotland, who originally started out by taking commissions from individual developers, who were looking for a company that could transform the most tired properties to the most desirable of residences.

We have experience in everything from one bedroom tenement apartments, to self standing family homes, that required a little, (or a lot) more living space.

The usual reason for extending your home is to create extra space for your family. This could be adding new bedrooms , en-suites, bathrooms, dining rooms, utility rooms and kitchens. Whatever your project, we’ll work with you from design to completion, to make sure that you get exactly what you want, and very importantly, when you want it. We can also install your kitchen appliances, fitted wardrobes or new bathroom suite in your new space if you require to complete the look, just talk to us about this option!

If you have a loft, we can convert it to create the extra space you need. Our team will provide you with advice and ideas on making your loft work for you, by providing you with the best conversion solution with the minimum fuss and mess. Who needs a garage anyway? These days, garages are generally used for extra storage, so it's no wonder it has become more fashionable to do away with the traditional garage and convert it to a habitable space, such as an office, play room, or even a gym. We can provide you with a full service, which includes gaining planning permission right through to the completed project.
